This event, part of Kinan Art Week 2022, was a collaboration between bacilli and Ryosuke Sarai, owner-chef of the French restaurant "Restaurant Caravansarai" in Tanabe City, Wakayama Prefecture. The event allowed participants to experience and feel, using their five senses, the stories of soil from citrus farmers in various areas of Tanabe City, the related soil, and the memories of various places brought in by bacilli. A tasting of bacilli's soil was paired with the new soil-based French cuisine created by Sarai for this event.
