Poet Kiyoka Osaki will gather stories about life in Suzu and write a new narrative.
In addition to researching local folktales and legends, she will also interview local residents to weave a new Suzu folktale.
Takako Tokiwa, who has deepened her connection with the people of Suzu since appearing in the morning television drama series "Mare," will be the narrator.
This is a new installment of the "Reading Play at the Edge of the World," which was well-received in 2022.
