Why not taste the scents of soil collected from various locations at a restaurant where you can relive the stories, memories of places, and experiences of collectors related to the soil of the Seto Inland Sea?

"The Soil Restaurant" will continue to research and study the soil and cuisine of the islands of the Seto Inland Sea, and will expand into new areas such as tasting actual local dishes and dishes related to soil that we encounter there.
