In the "Tokyo Bay" exhibition, Yoshitaka Nanjo walked the coastline from the Miura Peninsula to the Boso Peninsula, reinterpreting Tokyo Bay as the boundary between the inner and outer bays. Following "Koshu Kaido," which involved walking along the old highway, and "Mount Fuji Climbing" as a form of mountain worship, this work is an attempt to examine the points where life, beliefs, and topography intersect through human movement and bodily sensations. The landscape, rewoven through walking, brings to life the "boundaries" that have become less consciously perceived in modern life.
